Mahogany Obsidian (Multiple Available)

Mahogany Obsidian is a natural volcanic glass formed when silica-rich lava cools rapidly after an eruption. Its distinctive appearance comes from iron inclusions that create deep reddish-brown “mahogany” swirls within the glossy black stone.

Prized for both its striking patterns and historical significance, obsidian has been used for thousands of years to craft tools and blades because it can fracture into extremely sharp edges. Today, Mahogany Obsidian is widely used in jewelry, carvings, and collectible mineral specimens.

Metaphysically, it is often associated with grounding, protection, and emotional balance, and is commonly linked with the root chakra. Each piece is unique, displaying natural variations in pattern and color created by volcanic processes deep within the Earth.

Both are approximately 3.5" x 2.5"
